Healthier habits online, happier minds IRL.

Our Mission:

Healthier habits online,
happier minds IRL.

Clear, actionable strategies to help children form a healthy, balanced relationship with technology.

Parents
are not
powerless.

Caregivers have control over shaping their children’s digital habits. Free play, outdoor exploration, and real-world social interactions are essential for healthy development. Health-e-Habit’s curriculum provides the tools to create local parent groups, implement actionable strategies, advocate within schools for balanced tech policies, model healthy tech habits, and spread awareness by sharing resources, research, and personal experiences within communities.

Our Programs

Health-e-Habits equips parents and caregivers with the tools to foster balanced, healthy digital habits for their children. Through a suite of programs covering smartphone use, gaming, social media, and device management, we provide actionable strategies, research-backed insights, and community-driven solutions to help families navigate the digital world with clarity and confidence.

We don’t advocate for tech avoidance. We focus on intentional engagement, mindful boundaries, and collective support. Whether it’s setting healthy screen time limits, guiding kids toward positive gaming habits, or promoting offline play and real-world connection, Health-e-Habits empowers caregivers to take charge of their children’s digital experiences without fear or guesswork.

People don’t get depressed when they face threats collectively; they get depressed when they feel isolated, lonely, or useless.
