For Kids + Teens

Growing up online doesn’t mean you automatically run the show. The Mastery Series pulls back the curtain on the platforms you use every day, so you decide how you spend your time and attention instead of the app deciding for you.

Screen Smarts 101

The starting point for younger kids, grades 3 to 5. Why is it so hard to stop watching or playing? We look at autoplay, rewards, ads, and in-game purchases, talk about who might be on the other side of the screen, and help every kid make a simple plan for when it’s time to log off or ask a grown-up for help.

The Gaming Edge

Gaming is an art, but it’s also engineered to be a compulsion. We break down “dark patterns” like loot boxes and infinite leveling. Learn how to master your play sessions so you control the game, instead of the game controlling your time.

The Algorithm Lab

Social media is a giant experiment, and you’re usually the subject. In the Lab, we deconstruct the “highlight reel” effect and the invisible algorithms that shape your mood. Gain the critical edge to navigate social spaces without losing your focus or your identity.
